The "personal talent" modules within one programme have to be linked together, as well as the modules from the different programmes. The leading thread in terms of basic assumptions and position we use among other things the basic principles of Covey. Content and technical models are models such as Strategy Deployment, "IJskoud de Zachste" model for collaboration and leadership styles and the Power Behaviour model (possibly Compass) for competence oriented functioning. These models can be used in more depth and complexity level in the different programmes. (For example Covey: in the entrance programme focus is on a few principles such as "focus on what you can incluence and not what you can not influence and "start with a picture of what the end should be". In the next programmes this can be expanded to include all principles). (For example the Powermodel: in the entrance programme emphasis is placed on the characteristic differences between people and the practical consequences during interaction with people. In the next programmes insight in link, allergies, ways to manage, etc.)
Work processes within the modules: short introduction, working out models and theories through interaction, exercises, role games, individual and / or group exercises. Eventually adding (within or outside the training programme) individual coaching, team support and consultancy support (e.g. sessions).
