Main division for the various levels in the TDSP programme
The main change for managers at the transition points in their career path is a functioning shift from operations to tactical to strategic. Therefore, this shift is also found in the design of the courses at the various levels. The division in the diagram below is an example. The faculty will have determine, during the design phase, what the right percentage is for the focal areas within each individual course.
