Studied biochemistry at the university of Copenhagen, Denmark and later held different project management- and program management functions at Royal Gist Brocades in Delft, Holland.
As senior management consultant he was responsible in DSM in the period 1998-2002 for the development and roll-out of Strategy Deployment/program management methodology as a DSM 'best practice' for structured strategy translation.
Since January 2003 he is general director of Bonekamp Consult BV, a consultancy and management training firm that together with it's strategic alliance partners delivers integral support to Strategy Deployment trajectories of medium sized and large profit- and non-profit organisations.
