1. We think it is important that Strategy Deployment trajectories are treated holistic. This means that we do not consider it productive at all to treat f.i. the cultural (behavioural) change part of strategy deployment completely different (and under different ownership) as the changes that are needed in a.o. systems; work processes etc. since all these aspects in the end have to contribute to the same set of (strategic) goals.
2. In connection to the above we do not think that our clients are really helped if they are forced to ask the support of different third parties that all introduce their own (different) definitions; approaches and management systems. That is why we want to be able to introduce parties in all fields that use the same language and definitions and that all act within the same deployment philosophy using the same methodologies and tools
